Eight Restaurants that Need be in the US

Since I wrote about American restaurants that should be in Canada, I thought that I should write the opposite thoughts about Canadian restaurants that should be in the US.  I'll start with my mother-in-laws request from the previous post:

 

 

 

 

 

 

I finished with a Canadian Pizza restaurant, but essentially I am fairly certain I can say Canadian pizza is pretty awesome compared with pizza in the US.  Ingredients should be under the cheese and there should be a whole lot more of them.
